By accessing or using the Find My Glam website and platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users and members of Find My Glam.

Find My Glam membership is intended for independent beauty professionals and businesses operating within the beauty industry. To become a member, you must be at least 18 years old and authorised to represent the business you are registering.

We reserve the right to refuse membership or suspend accounts that do not meet our eligibility criteria or that are found to be in breach of these terms.

When you create an account with Find My Glam, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

Membership is billed monthly through Stripe, our secure payment provider. By subscribing, you authorise Find My Glam to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Membership fees are non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law. Any changes to membership fees will be communicated in advance.

Membership will automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Your subscription will continue on a month-to-month basis until you cancel or we terminate your membership in accordance with these terms.

It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and ensure cancellation is completed before your next billing date if you no longer wish to be a member.

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us directly. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

No partial refunds will be issued for unused days within a billing period unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Find My Glam reserves the right to review, edit or remove directory listings that contain false or misleading information, breach these Terms, include inappropriate or offensive content, or do not align with the purpose of the platform.

Membership does not guarantee featured placement, search ranking priority or promotional opportunities. Placement and visibility may be determined by a range of factors at the discretion of Find My Glam.

Members are responsible for ensuring that all business information provided on their profile is accurate, that pricing and service details are current, and that contact information is up to date.

Images uploaded to a profile must belong to the member or be used with appropriate permission from the copyright holder. Find My Glam may request verification of ownership or permissions where necessary.

Members are responsible for ensuring that reviews displayed on their profile are genuine and accurately represent customer feedback. Reviews must not be fabricated, misleading or obtained through coercive means.

Members must have permission to reproduce any reviews uploaded to Find My Glam. By uploading user content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and authorisations.

All Find My Glam branding, logos, website design, platform content and associated materials remain the property of Find My Glam and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

Members retain ownership of the original content they upload to their own profiles. By uploading content, members grant Find My Glam a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content within the platform and associated marketing materials.

You agree to use the Find My Glam platform in a lawful, respectful and professional manner. You must not use the platform to distribute harmful, offensive, fraudulent or misleading content, or to engage in behaviour that disrupts the experience of other users.

Find My Glam may suspend or terminate accounts found to be in breach of acceptable use standards.

Find My Glam provides a discovery platform that connects beauty professionals with potential clients. Find My Glam is not responsible for bookings, payments between clients and businesses, service outcomes or disputes between users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Find My Glam's liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform is limited.

Find My Glam may update membership features, inclusions, pricing or structure from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to members in advance where reasonably practicable.

Continued use of your membership following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Find My Glam may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify members of significant changes and publish the updated terms on our website with a revised last updated date.

Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
